This blog was created with love by Damon and Molly. Since many of our friends and family are out of state, we want to make sure you are able to share in the joy as Ella is born and grows up. Now we have added Reese Mckenna since she arrived on 11/10/10 and Harper Lily 12/4/12. Thanks for visiting, we hope you will subscribe to the feeds so that you will always know when a new post has been created.

Sara comes to visit
Auntie Sara came to visit, and we she visits, fun and gifts are sure to come too! She made bakers hats for Ella and Reese so they could wear them while they made cookies when Mommy and Daddy went on a date. What fun! When we got home, all 3 were snuggled up on the couch watching their favorite movie, Mary Poppins.
Ella and Alaira
Ella has a new friend at preschool this year named Alaira. Her family came over for dinner a few weeks ago and we all had a blast! The girls played dress up in just about every piece of clothing they own (including Reese's).

Reese Turns 2!
Okay, well I took the summer off. Okay maybe the summer and fall. But, I'm going to try and be as "up to date" as I can with a newborn and 2 toddlers. Sigh. Do I even have a chance?
I thought I'd at least post a few pictures from Reese's recent Minnie Mouse birthday party. Enjoy. She sure did! Because she is 2, she took to 2 gifts right away...that aren't even toys. One was her Minnie Mouse thermos. The other was a pair of fleece Reindeer pajamas. She didn't seem to want to leave either behind!
Happy Birthday Reese!

| Of course she had a "helper" to open her gifts. Ella is also helping play with them these days as well! |

Ella and Reese's Dedication at Church
On Mother's Day we got to celebrate by dedicating the girls at church. Mars Hill doesn't do baby baptisms (they wait for them to be able to confess a relationship with Jesus before baptizing), but does follow the biblical model of dedication kids. It was really meaningful for me, and the 20 or so families up there with us!
We chose the following scripture, the same passage we say over the girls each night.
"The Lord bless you and keep you.
The Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you.
The Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace."
Numbers 6:24-26
