Balance Bike

Ella hasn't been too excited about practicing on her balance bike, but to be honest she hasn't had all that many nice days to practice.  Today we had some good times on the bike since it was a gorgeous sunny day!  She did it all by herself and soon enough she'll be scooting herself all over the place!

Fun in the crib

These days, when Reese wakes up from her nap....Ella is the first one in the room and jumps in the crib with her sister.  Even first thing this morning I heard giggles from their room instead of crying...ahhh such sweet sounds!

Well, we've kinda been MIA for awhile.  Really, I've been lazy.  Honestly we haven't taken many pics over the past few months, so you haven't missed anything!

Here is what a normal day looks like for us right now.  Ella was helping me pick my outfit for our date night last night, hence the heels (they are definitely not the norm for me these days).  THen she decided to color while Reese played dress-up.  If you ask me, with the onesie and the heels, I think she looks straight out of a J-Lo video! Ha Ha.

We'll try and post more frequent.  With our impending move, we'll have lots of activity going on here, so should be fun and interesting!

Disneyland!!!

We spent Thanksgiving week in Anaheim, CA with my whole family.  We rented a house walking distance to Disneyland and had an amazing time!!  2 days at Disneyland - and believe it or not - no melt downs between all 4 kids!!!  The house had a pool, so the older kids got to do some swimming.  And of course we had a great Thanksgiving meal there too.  The look on Ella's face meeting the princesses and seeing the castle and all the disney magic was just priceless.

I teared up as I first walked down mainstreet.  It brought back such great memories and I was thrilled that I got to share them with my daughters!

Ella was "shell shocked" meeting the princesses.  By the time she got to Snow White, she couldn't speak! :-)

Peter Pan - The 1st Ride!

Today we celebrated Reese's birthday.  We did celebrate at home Thursday as a family, but today she had all her baby friends for a party.  Thanks so much to Ali and Marissa who hosted for us since our kitchen is under construction.  We had such a great time and thank you to everyone who was able to come!
